Apple Pie Oatmeal
Today I’m bringing you a delicious bowl of dessert flavored oatmeal. Because really, what is better than warm apple pie for breakfast? Not to mention tons of whole grains to give you energy throughout the day and a serving of real, fresh fruit. Apple pie oatmeal — here I come!

- 1 cup Water
- 1/2 cup Instant Oats
- 1/2 large Apple
- 1 tbsp Sugar or preferred sweetener
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
Put water on in small sauce pan and begin to boil. Peel your apple. Once peeled, grate the apple with a cheese grater.
Add cinnamon and sugar to the grated apple. Mix well.
Once water begins to boil add the oats and apple mixture. Stir until cooked. It should only take a minute or two to cook through the oats.
Add more sugar if needed and enjoy your steaming hot bowl of healthy goodness!
