Love, Lotion, and Legumes — My goals for August

Setting goals is so important to success. At the very least they make you think about what direction you are going. We all know this. What you might not know is that sharing your goals with others adds an extra layer of motivation. With that in mind I am going to share my goals for this month with the world.  I am going to have a small, achievable goal for each category of the Six Spheres of Happiness.

Goal 1 (Work and Career):  Get my first visitor to Intrepid Bliss through marketing and networking efforts.

Goal 2 (Interpersonal):  Find a way to tell DH that I love him everyday. This would include things like notes, massages, etc.

Goal 3 (Physical and Mental Health):  Eat 3 servings of vegetables a day.

Goal 4 (Financial Health):  Go over the budget at least twice during the month and make adjustments as needed.

Goal 5 (Interests and Pastimes):  I am going to make my first ever batch of homemade lotion this month! You might notice that this is item #22 on my Bucket List.

Goal 6 (Spirituality):  Go on a 30 minute walk and enjoy nature at least 3 times a week.
